SINCLAIR METHOD PROGRAM
Unlike 12-step programs that require complete abstinence, the Sinclair Method (TSM) allows you to
drink alcohol, as long as you take Naltrexone prior to drinking.

2. Initial Evaluation
Meet with your provider online to discuss your drinking, medical history, and determine if Naltrexone is appropriate for you.
3. Pick Up Prescription
After your visit, your prescriptions will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice within 24 hours.
4. Keep Drinking Log
Scientific approaches require data, so you’ll want to track your progress as carefully as possible.
5. Follow Up
Most patients see their provider monthly at first, but as improvements are made, you can be seen every 2 to 3 months. If you need more services, you can make an appointment 24/7 with our online calendar.
6. Laboratory Monitoring
Alcohol use can cause damage to your liver and may deplete vitamins and minerals, so we order blood work to your local laboratory to make sure you’re in good overall health.
